BoltCharge provides a WhatsApp-based service that allows users to recharge prepaid mobile phones and pay postpaid and utility bills through WhatsApp. Our service is designed to be simple, convenient, and accessible to all users with a WhatsApp account.

2. User Eligibility

To use BoltCharge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have a valid mobile number with WhatsApp installed
• Have a valid UPI payment method
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. User Accounts

Your mobile number serves as your unique identifier for our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

By using BoltCharge, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All payments are processed through secure UPI gateways
• The amount charged will be the recharge or bill payment amount you select
• We may offer cashbacks and rewards at our discretion
• Payment confirmation is required before processing any recharge or bill payment

5. Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds once a recharge or bill payment has been successfully processed. If you believe there has been an error with your transaction, please contact our customer support immediately.

6. User Conduct

When using BoltCharge, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Harass or abuse our customer support team
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BoltCharge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of BoltCharge Payments Private Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoltCharge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our service.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
